The Cleveland Pops and Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The Cleveland Pops Orchestra (along with The Cleveland orchestra) is closely monitoring the recent outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and considers the health and wellbeing of its guests, artists and employees with the highest priority. At this time, The Cleveland Pops Orchestra is continuing with our concert this Friday, March 13, 2020 but we will continue to closely monitor the guidance and requirements of local, state and national authorities. Further, while we are not part of the Cleveland Orchestra, we perform our subscription concerts at Severance Hall. We give the highest priority to the health and wellbeing of our guests. As a precautionary measure, The Cleveland Orchestra advised that it has heightened daily disinfection throughout Severance Hall. Additionally, the Cleveland Orchestra has advised that its staff is routinely disinfecting commonly touched surfaces, such as seat arm in the concert hall, doorknobs, handles, elevator keypads, etc.
For ticket holders who are concerned about attending performances, The Cleveland Pops Orchestra will allow liberal ticket exchanges and any exchange fee will be waived. Tickets can be exchanged into any concert later in the 2019-2020 season. For our guests who are considering ticket purchases for future performances, all exchange fees for performances through may 31, 2020 will be waived.
